DropZoneThese Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Sprezza LLC ("Sprezza," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the DropZone game (the "App") for iOS. By downloading, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play DropZone on your iOS device for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
3. The leaderboard and nicknames
DropZone includes an online leaderboard. When you submit a score, you may enter a nickname displayed publicly alongside your result. You are responsible for the nickname you choose, and you agree not to submit a nickname that:
- Contains another person's personal or identifying information;
- Is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise offensive;
- Infringes anyone's rights or impersonates another person or brand.
We may remove, edit, or refuse any nickname or leaderboard entry at our discretion — for example, entries that are offensive, invalid, or appear to result from cheating or manipulation. You can request removal of your own entry as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, tamper with, automate, or otherwise manipulate scores or the leaderboard;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the App or its backend services;
- Attempt to access data or systems that are not yours;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
5. Advertising
DropZone is free and supported by advertising. The App displays ads served by third-party ad networks, and those ads and the data used to deliver them are controlled by the ad providers, not by us. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any websites or offers they link to, and your interactions with advertisers are between you and them. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. In-app purchases
DropZone may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or buying in-game items). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms and billed to your Apple account. Except where required by law or by Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable. Any virtual items are licensed to you for use within the App, have no real-world or cash value, and may be modified or discontinued.
7. Intellectual property
The App — including its software, artwork, branding, and content — is owned by Sprezza and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the App.
8. Third-party services
DropZone uses Google Firebase to operate the leaderboard and third-party ad networks to serve ads. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App and is not a party to these Terms, though it may be a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or leaderboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprezza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or remove access to the leaderboard, or discontinue the App, if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its players. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App or its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
